Who we are

Sand Art is provided by ccfungame. Questions about this policy or your information can be sent to ccfungame@126.com. This policy describes version 1.0 of the game.

Playing the game

The game works offline and does not require an account. This version does not include advertising, third-party analytics, tracking, in-app purchases, or subscriptions. We do not receive your gameplay activity, advertising identifier, location, contacts, camera data, or microphone data from the game.

Update checks

When a public update website and App Store link are configured, the game may request a small version file over HTTPS at most once a day. Gameplay still works offline if the request fails. The request does not send your progress, coins, account information or advertising identifier. The website hosting provider may process your IP address and normal connection logs to deliver the file. The last check and reminder dismissal are stored on your device. Update prompts are optional and open the App Store; the game does not download executable updates itself.

Data on your device

The game stores level progress, tutorial completion, coins, item counts, lives, recovery times, win streaks, and music, sound and vibration preferences on your device. These records support gameplay and are not sent to us. This version has no developer-operated cloud save or cross-device synchronization. Device backups managed by Apple may include app data according to your device settings.

Support messages

If you choose to email us, we receive your email address, the message and any attachments you send. Please send only information needed to explain the problem, and avoid passwords, payment details or unrelated personal information. We use these messages to answer your request and troubleshoot issues, not for advertising. Our email provider processes email to deliver this service. We keep correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to resolve the request, handle follow-up or meet applicable legal obligations.

Sharing and external services

We do not sell personal information or share gameplay data with advertisers. Support messages may be processed by our email service provider and disclosed when legally required. Opening a website or email link connects you to services outside the game; those services may process technical information such as your IP address under their own policies. Apple separately operates App Store downloads, device backups and any platform diagnostics you choose to share.

Your choices and deletion

You can turn music, sound and vibration on or off in Settings. Deleting the app removes its local data from the device; offloading the app may retain data, and restoring a backup may restore it. Manage backups in your Apple settings. We cannot recover local progress that has not been retained in a device backup. To request access, correction or deletion of support correspondence, email ccfungame@126.com. We will handle applicable privacy rights requests according to the law that applies to you.

Children

The game does not require registration or ask players to provide personal information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

Changes

We will update this policy when the game or its data practices change. If a future version adds advertising or analytics, its policy and required consent choices will be updated before those practices begin.

This website

This static website has no analytics scripts, advertising, tracking cookies or contact forms. The hosting service may process access logs such as IP address, request time and browser information to deliver pages and maintain security.
